Do you take my insurance?

I currently accept only Anthem GA or formerly Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia. If you do not have this insurance, your insurance provider may include out of network benefits and a Statement of Reimbursement can be provided to you upon completion of services for you to submit to you insurance provider. As indicated in service costs, direct pay is also an option which allows you freedom from a diagnosis code, which is required by insurances and becomes part of your permanent medical record. Please note, if your insurance for some reason denies your claim, you are responsible for paying in full for services rendered.



How much do your services cost?

For your first appointment an initial evaluation cost $125 followed by 60 minute sessions costing $100. In-office play therapy session options include 30 minutes ($75), 45 minutes ($85), and 60 minutes ($100). eTherapy appointments are either 60 minute sessions for $100 or 30 minute sessions for $45. Acceptable forms of payment include all major credit cards and debit cards.



Will my session be kept confidential?

Yes, sessions are always confidential, and nothing will be disclosed to any party without your written permission. The exceptions to this policy is in the case of possible harm to yourself, someone else or in the case of suspected child or elder abuse, and even neglect or a criminal court subpoena.


Where are you located?

The office is located in the City of Stockbridge in the Northbridge Business Center. Please use the 157 Burke St. entrance (across the street from the tag office) to pull in the back parking lot where you will enter thru the double doors painted black to the main lobby waiting area.



What is the appointment availability?

Currently, in-office appointments are on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9am to 7:30pm. eTherapy appointments are flexible depending on current availability.



How do I book an appointment?

You can call and leave me a voicemail or text me with your appointment preferences for days and times at 678.596.9477. You can also complete the detailed contact form. I will return your call as soon as possible.



What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you give less than 24-hour notice, there is a $25 cancellation fee. For future missed appointments after the first two, you will be billed for the entire cost of the session scheduled.
